We send a small facilitation team to your site over a weekend.  You and your team will interact with our delegation to listen to the needs of your church and help problem solve strategies.  We then attend your weekend services and see your ministry through the eyes of a visitor.

Shortly thereafter we will provide you a personal write-up of our visit. The report will breakout a variety of topics allowing you to see your organization from a fresh prospective including pros, cons, and some suggested solutions.
